Academic Support Through the Center for Learning, Teaching, and Research
All students may need some extra academic support sometime during their undergraduate career. Experience shows that the earlier they get that assistance, the better. If your student mentions that they are struggling with an aspect of their academics, encourage them to reach out to the Center for Learning, Teaching, and Research.

New Transportation Department
With the formation of an in-house transportation department, Colgate has launched a new shuttle service, one of several new services being developed in response to student requests and feedback about getting around both on and off campus. The new Colgate Shuttle began operating at the start of the fall 2024 semester.

Colgate Introduces Narcan (Naloxone) Access and Training
Colgate has announced several proactive steps to educate the community about the dangers of accidental overdose from opioids and provide greater access to resources that could save lives: free distribution of Narcan/naloxone and training.

- Spring 2025 term billing notifications will be shared the first week of December, with balances due in early January.
- New this year! 1098-T tax statements will be available in TouchNet. Please be sure your student has indicated you are authorized to access the 1098-T in TouchNet.
- 2024–25 Student Residences and Dining Halls Schedule
- Closed for Winter Break, December 21, 2024, noon*
- Open for Spring 2024 Semester, January 18, 2024 9 a.m.
- Closed to all students except seniors May 10, 2024, noon

Family Weekend 2024, October 18–20
We look forward to welcoming families to campus October 18–20, 2024, for Family Weekend. If you haven’t already, please register today. Weekend highlights include open classes on Friday, the Family Weekend Dinner on Friday evening (advance reservation required; no charge for the meal; cash bar); an a cappella concert, Multicultural Fashion Show, Saturday Wellness Break, athletics events, and more. A full schedule of events will be posted soon!
