Parents and Family Newsletter

Welcome to Colgate’s new e-newsletter for parents and family members of current students, sharing timely articles that inform and help you support your students in their educational journey and success.

My goal is to help parents and family members to make the most of their roles in their students’ college experience. I’ve been at Colgate for 23 years, and am looking forward to applying my institutional knowledge to supporting you as we work to educate students. I admire the great engagement and support I’ve already seen from parents and family members in the community.

Every story lives on the Parent and Family Updates blog, so if you misplace your e-newsletter, you can find them there.

Another new resource is the Parent and Family Resources page, which serves as a portal to commonly sought information.

Your input on what kinds of information and resources can be most helpful to you as Colgate parents and family members is valuable. I am also a first point of contact if you are not sure who on campus to contact about a particular matter. Feel free to reach out to me at parents@colgate.edu.

I hope your students are having an exciting and fruitful academic year!
