National Susan B. Anthony Museum
17 Madison St.
Rochester, New York
The National Susan B. Anthony Museum & House interprets the great reformer’s vision and story, preserves and shares her National Historic Landmark home and headquarters, collects and exhibits artifacts related to her life and work, and offers tours and interpretive programs to inspire and challenge individuals to make a positive difference.
You will explore all three floors of Susan B. Anthony’s home while learning her incredible story. This guided experience will include walking outside and navigating two staircases. One of the many highlights of the tour will be to visit the front parlor, the room where Susan B. Anthony was arrested for voting in the 1872 presidential election.
The docent-led tour lasts approximately 45-60 minutes and requires the ability to negotiate stairs. Let us know if any guests require special accommodations, as a virtual visit of the upper floors may be arranged.
Tickets are $12. Please register early, as space is limited.
Registration is at capacity for this event. Please visit https://www.colgate.edu/alumni/attend-events/events-and-resources-alumni for upcoming events.
